You can Do It Yourself! Take a basic top with wide sleeves. I suggest wider sleeves so that the fringe will fall with more body. Cut 1/2 inch strips up the sleeves with razor sharp scissors. The strips won’t look as polished as a store made shirt due to the fraying of fabric however it will create a more rugged appeal. You can play around with adding beading to the fringe and knotting each end to create a more polished look!
